Shipping Policy

Shipping at a Glance:

  • Processing Time: Most orders are manufactured and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • Carrier: We primarily ship via UPS/USPS/FedEx.

  • Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email upon dispatch.

  • International: We do not currently ship worldwide.

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

Unlike traditional retailers, many of our products are 3D printed to order.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., a new product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • For pre-order items, we will provide an estimated shipping window. If the minimum order quantity is not met within 90 days, or if we cannot ship by the estimated date, you will be notified and offered a full refund.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via the email provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages and Lost Packages

MontaVelo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Pro Tip: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must contact the carrier directly.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. MontaVelo’s liability ends once the package is handed over to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point).
